AstroSeismology as a subject presented via this .com Domain to the Scientific community as a plausable, important and viable future area of Scientific study 30/11/2011.

Please note some of the following is purely Theoretical.

Astro Seismology is a plausable and important subject area in the continuing evolution of Science beyond Earth. Seismology is the study of Waves through Planet Earth, what causes them, the effect they have and the processes involved. The subject is duely applicable to other Planetary bodies in the Universe as well as the Universe itself. The subject banner of Seismology includes areas of study that include Plate Tectonics, the effects of Earth Quakes, for instance Tsunami, the sources of, the processes of cause and effect at the Epicentre. These can be Volcanic, Hydrothermal, Oceanic, Atmospheric and of Artificial implementation.

The Universe is a vast expanse comprising of many Trillions of Galaxies, Alien Worlds and Celestial bodies, the subject Astro Seismology can also apply to the very fabric of Space, in fact the Universe itself. In Space there are various phenomena and Celestial objects with the very power to effect the Fabric of Space itself, the power of Stars and black Holes yet to be truly understood. The long relied upon theory of the big bang will have left evidence of it's very happening thus it is important for Science to seek, study and go on with theorising, testing and reaching further back in time.

Seismology When applied to Planets and Celestial Bodies, planetary Core characteristics vary from Planet to Planet, the position of the Planet in reference to the nearest Sun and other Celestial bodies within a given Galaxy will have influence on it's individual characteristics and position. Solar anomalies and radiatory wave energy effects alas solar radiation itself can also fall under the banner of Astro Seismological characteristics thus applicable to the subject area. Orbiting characteristics of objects, Polar regions, rotational effects, atmospheric structure, gravitational fields and beyond all have knock on effects on the bordering Matter and Space of whatever in question occupies.

When we observe Galaxies from afar we can see the outward Spiralling characteristics, the movement of Gases ( also large scale diffusion ), denser Matter and Objects in turn displacing Space and matter until the conditions arise where initial zones of stability arise then secondary characteristics build. Movement within a medium ( Hypothetically Space ) creates displacement Wave energy and it is this wave energy that could help explain many processes and phenomena we observe. I do have my own theories but the whole purpose due to the scale of the Universe, the possibility of numerous Universes the sub field in my opinion has relevance and place in building understanding.

 Individual Celestial bodies and their gravitational fields in turn play a big part shaping and channeling the further development of Galaxies. There are numerous theories that we can apply as to the very fabric of the Universe, isomerism, parallel Universe theory, feedback looping, the list goes on, thats what makes Cosmology and the Astro Sciences so intriguing and a playgroud for deep thinking. Until we apply Scientific study, create experimental conditions which may or may not yield results we can not move further forward in our understanding.

The position of Earth itself within the Solar system, the Galaxy thus in turn that of the Universe itself created its own very beginning and in effect the Planetary build process leading to the build up of firstly fused and elementally attractve compounds.
 
Then eventually the build up of a frictional Heat zone came into being eventually displaying the characteristics we know as the Earths Core, the Earths Core energy drawing more Matter as time progressed ( As well as accepting incoming unaffected Matter) creating an evolutionary build ( We see some similarities during the build of a floating debris created island in the Sea). Rotational and Gravitational forces acting upon and distributing Elemental compounds and indeed Elements combined with the cooling effect of the external environment create a Zone in which the Planets own Mantle is formed, external affects, Ecological Zonation and substrate layering then come into play.

It is these Core build characteristics and the effect of Extra and inter Gravitational effects that lead to the successional build of Earth as we know it. Due to the Earths position in our Solar system, the elemental composition and action of other celestial bodies in proximity during Orbit cause Gravitational pulls and pushes causing affected Matter molecular change and movement building to points within applicable evolutionary tollerance zones. An example is the Earths own Atmosphere, it's composition, movement, pressure gradients and knock on effects during change of state. There are attracting and repelling forces at play leading to a finely tuned system.

Movement in relation to gravitational and orbital effects causes frictional movement and movement at a Molecular, Atomic and sub atomic level. These cumulative effects have effects on everything linked. The rotation and orbiting characteristics of the Earth and it's neighbouring Celestial bodies, the nearest being our own Moon create an individual position indicative of Planet Earth. Gravitational fields, repulsion and attraction thus positioning and Forces leading to equilibrium zones and parameters apply, we can observe this via tidal forces upon Earth via the Moon's effect.

A by product of movement induced friction is Heat, this frictional Heat in reference to the Earths core leads to the Melting point of numerous Elements and compounds being reached, reaction after reaction creating the Core, keeping the Core and its very own being in turn creating the characteristics of Earth itself. The characteristics of an individual Celestial body will differ to that of others, we only have to look at other Planets sitting within our own Solar System. In time we may generate via the building of knowledge and understanding of these Alien Worlds; parameters which we can apply in the ongoing pursuit of the proposed subject area. We have built a vast and ongoing understanding Scientifically of our own Planet and the above applied areas of Scientific study, thus this knowledge and expertise will be applicable in subject of Astro Seismology.

We have learned so much by studying our own beautiful planet, the Earth's molten core upon which the Mantle is continually affected, internally and externally leading to all the characteristic area's of study under the banner of Seismology in relation to Earth. Other Worlds may or may not have similar characteristics hence they will need an individual approach when studying them Scientifically. There are so many variables to consider hence Astro Seismology has it's place in the next generation of Man's Sciences beyond Earth.

Some information is purely Theoretical on my part, I am not a trained Astro Physicist just an educated Scientist with a deep love and passion for Astronomy and the Universe. There are numerous wonders that defy explanation, it is the drive of a great Mind to go beyond, try to theorise, hypothesise, test and understand. It is our drive to apply new thought, build upon old! in our pursuit to understand that drives the beautiful Scientific minds of today.
